Cancellation & Refund Policy

(No Cancellation, No Refunds)

  • Cancellation by Participant: All sales are final. Registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Requests to cancel, revise, or modify a registration will not be accommodated under any circumstances, including schedule conflicts, technical issues, travel constraints, or non-attendance/no-shows.

  • Cancellation by Organizer: Guava Digital reserves the right to modify the event’s content, speakers, date, time, or delivery format. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, registrants will be offered a seat in a future session of the same or an equivalent program at no additional cost. No refunds or cash credits will be provided in any case.

  • Refunds: No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason. This includes, without limitation, cancellations, partial attendance, completed or partially attended sessions, and situations where course materials have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.

  • Exchanges/Transfers: Enrollments are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another person or cohort.
